Test Report on a New Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser
Recent results on highly reliable 940nm multi-junction high power vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs) are presented with target applications in depth sensing and Light Detection Ranging (LiDAR) markets.
